Instructions

1.In a medium bowl, toss chicken with cornstarch, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2.Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add broccoli and cook until tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the wok and set aside.
3.Add chicken to the wok and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
4.Stir in bell pepper and cook until softened, about 1-2 minutes.
5.Pour in chicken broth, honey, and sriracha. Bring to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened, about 1 minute.
6.Return broccoli to the wok and stir in chopped green onions. Serve immediately over cooked rice.
