Instructions: How to make vegetarian black bean burgers

1.In a large bowl, mash together the black beans with a fork until slightly chunky.
2.Stir in cooked quinoa, breadcrumbs, red onion, jalapeno (if using), olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
3.Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
